Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services. Your access to and use of the services are conditioned by your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Basic Rules for member Websites

  1. Content of the Website should be related to Armenia or be in Armenian.
  2. The Website should not contain adult or illegal content (e.g. nudity, serials, cracks, etc.).
  3. Websites about making money in the Internet (sponsors, partners, pyramids, etc.) may not participate in the Rating.
  4. Circle.Am banner cannot be placed on the pages with any kind of auto-reload / auto-refresh.
  5. Circle.Am banner cannot be placed in a way hidden from the visitors.
  6. The provided tracking code should not be changed without prior authorization from Circle.Am.

Other important rules

  1. We may reject an application if the information submitted or the Website content itself is of low quality; if the Website content contains a duplication of already existing content found on other Websites, if it is "Under construction"/ incomplete, and, in general, if we find that the Website has no or little value added for the community. We may reject such applications with or without notice.
  2. Websites at do.am, ucos.com and narod.ru domains/services that host MP3s or videos (violating copyrights) may not join Circle.Am anymore. Similar Websites, which are already registered in Circle.Am may remain listed.
  3. Websites and related accounts will be removed from Circle.Am if they do not comply with these Terms of Service; for cheating (e.g. generating non-genuine traffic); for inactivity or for any other reason, with or without notice.
  4. You must agree that you use our services at your own risk. You agree that all of such services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
  5. You may need to inform your visitors (e.g. in your privacy policy) that Circle.Am is saving some visitor data for rating/ statistical purposes.
  6. Some data from participating Websites stats is publicly available to visitors (e.g. the number of visits, PageRank, etc.). This is due to the nature of our services. Make sure you familiarize yourself with what is available publicly before signing up. We may also have a deeper look into your Website's stats internally if we notice cheating patterns.

Entire Agreement


These Terms are the entire and exclusive agreement between Circle.Am and you regarding our services. These Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between Circle.Am and you regarding the services. We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time, the most current version will always be at http://www.circle.am/?go=serviceterms address. If a revision is done, in our sole discretion, we will notify you via e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.
